You may have seen our Birmingham Box which was made for the Keto show in Birmingham? Well I've re named it as no one on the site could understand what Birmingham meant in regard to a box of cakes! So, marketing being an art form I decided let's rename it - The Inspiration Box! Same delicious flavours below but in one amazing mixed box! 

Note: Your box may have the old Birmingham Box label on it, but the macros and the ingredients are all the same still.

    HOW TO CALCULATE IMPACT CARBS OF OUR PRODUCTS: 

    Carbs - Polyols = impact carbs 

    What are impact carbs?

    These are carbs that will have an impact on your blood sugar levels. We use polyols (a type of sweetener) that isn't absorbed by the body, and so we minus this from the total carb count. The carbs remaining between the two are the impact carbs. 

    Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects

      They are gluten free, refined sugar free, low carb, keto, diabetic and coeliac friendly. Our kitchen is kept gluten-ingredient free.

      Gingerbread

      So far I have only tried the Gingerbread as I have to eek out my supply but 'oh my days!' Deeeelicious! Not too gingery, lovely buttery icing, not almondy at all....heaven! I am looking forward to trying all the other flavours. Thanks to my little supply I can munch on something sweet when watching Bake Off later which is usually too depressing and tempting to watch 😉
