These are carbs that will have an impact on your blood sugar levels. We use polyols (a type of sweetener) that isn't absorbed by the body, and so we minus this from the total carb count. The carbs remaining between the two are the impact carbs.

I’ve tried several keto chocolates in the past and this is the closest to “real” chocolate I’ve found. This will be my go to from now on

I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This chocolate is absolutely wonderful. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found this. I can’t have normal chocolate, it’s so inflammatory with the amount of sugar and other ingredients that my body doesn’t agree with. I would get acne flare ups, my teeth would get sensitive, and it flared up a condition I suffer with so I just can’t have it.
This chocolate gives me no bad reactions, and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I ordered 3 bars and ate them within a week. I’ve ordered 6 more and signed up to a subscription so I get more delivered every few weeks! They are just delightful!! It’s not like any other Keto chocolate I’ve tried. It tastes just like normal chocolate, try it, you won’t be disappointed.
