We use only raw Criollo Cocoa, the king of Cocoa. Not only is this the best taste but it’s also raw meaning it hasn’t lost any essential minerals and nutrients.
Made using the traditional Swiss stone grinder technique and conched over three days.

So if you melt it and want to cool back then this is the temperature to make it have that perfect snap.
