Our first ever Brondie (Blondie over a Brownie biscuit base). We take taste testing very seriously and this week we invented a flavour in honour of a very special person - @mrsfgoesketo
Carla was featured in the Mail Online and Bella magazine as she lost 6 stone on Keto. She mentioned in the article that she managed to achieve this while still enjoying our Salted Caramel Blondies and so we decided to make a new flavour based on the original Salted recipe in her honour. So here it is, Carla’s Caramel Crunch aka the Salted Brondie.
A chocolate biscuit base topped in Salted Caramel blondie with swirled chocolate on top. It’s a huge hit in the kitchen and was a joy to develop this week in the bakery.

I love this Brondie, the flavour is superb and I love the swirl of chocolate on the top and the crunch on the base.
