Did you know most white chocolate is packed with sugar as it’s much cheaper than cocoa butter? No wonder most people think white chocolate is overly sweet.
We make our white chocolates from 45% Peruvian cocoa butter meaning it’s much creamier as it melts in your tongue.
We toast the milk and cream to make it naturally caramelise (no caramel flavour added like most bars out there) and then after grinding for three days temper it to get that snap.

As we make every bar fresh and by hand we need a little 3-5 days turn-around time and then we ship by tracked post from Royal Mail

However, it doesn't HAVE to stop there.
As this is a luxury Swiss style Couverture (ie high in Cocoa Butter) bar
it makes a fantastic ingredient in baking or melting onto desserts.

So if you melt it and want to cool back then this is the temperature to make it have that perfect snap.
