We use only raw Criollo Cocoa, the king of Cocoa. Not only is this the best taste but it’s also raw meaning it hasn’t lost any essential minerals and nutrients.
Made using the traditional Swiss stone grinder technique and conched over three days.

As we make every bar fresh and by hand we need a little 3-5 days turn-around time and then we ship by tracked post from Royal Mail

As this is a luxury Couverture (ie high in Cocoa Butter) bar
it makes a fantastic ingredient in baking or melting onto desserts.
Our White tempering point is 31.4c
So if you melt it and want to cool back then this is the temperature to make it have that perfect snap.
