DGF is one of the first companies I came across when I started to look for products which would help satisfy my sweet cravings while eating keto.

...they have remained the company who I have continued to order from for the last 3.5 years!

I started my journey trying not to touch anything sweet, but was often finding myself caving or almost caving to sugar… Then DGF became a thing! 

Dan and the team have made cakes for me over the years which halted my need and want for anything containing sugar, it was almost instant!

There are so many options and flavours to try but for me the orange chocolate brownie trumps them all! 

I bulk order, portion and freeze individually but save my cakes for puddings as a sweet treat. 

I find it completes my day as prior to keto I would eat whole big bags of chocolate buttons, so I basically replaced this sweet fix in a like-for-like keto way! 

I find the cakes a perfect size, they taste amazing and the customer service I’ve received has always been second to none. 

I’ve even started creating recipes with the cakes and love trying all the new flavours. 

The quality is fantastic and I love buying products I can trust in, which give me that instant ‘sweet’ fix and taste fantastic! 

I’ve never looked back since eating DGF cakes and there is no chance I would have progressed and continued along my keto journey without them. 

They 100% saved me when I started to really struggle and are a huge factor/reason why I have lost so much weight, improved my health and created far better habits and routines in my overall life.
