We use only raw Criollo Cocoa, the king of Cocoa. Not only is this the best taste but it’s also raw meaning it hasn’t lost any essential minerals and nutrients.
Made using the traditional Swiss stone grinder technique and conched over three days.
This method is the original and best because it aerates the cocoa, naturally releases any acid from the fermentation process and leaves a smooth, very fine particle finish.

As we make every bar fresh and by hand we need a little 3-5 days turn-around time and then we ship by tracked post from Royal Mail

As this is a luxury Swiss style Couverture (ie high in Cocoa Butter) bar
it makes a fantastic ingredient in baking or melting onto desserts.

So if you melt it and want to cool back then this is the temperature to make it have that perfect snap.
Well, I took the chance to try the 3 bar bundle. Due to health problems, I'm unable to have sugar . which has been hard to deal with and its be challenging to adapt my life to a new way of living, but this has given me a light at the end of the tunnel, I don't feed like I missing out and able to treat myself.. I've had to be very discipline with my food. I like all of the three chocolate bundle but the orange one is my favourite at this time, will be trying some more in the future, many thanks to you all, keep up the good work.
Orange chocolate is divine and so moreish! On a keto diet and had struggled to find sweet treats that are tasty, and do not have any nasty side effects! Cannot fault this. My plan of being good and only having 4 squares a day, however, does need some work on! Thank you, Deliciously Guilt Free.

Chocolate orange is my favourite chocolate and FINALLY here’s one that doesn’t sacrifice taste or texture in order to be sugar free! You can tell that only the best ingredients are used - an absolute winner!
