When you need brownies, you need brownies! Which is why we try to dispatch orders as soon as possible after getting them. But please note that our cakes are baked fresh by us in our kitchen, to order so ALLOW 1-5 WORKING DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER FOR US TO BAKE AND DISPATCH YOUR ORDER.
UK wide shipping- Royal Mail tracked post = £4.50 (95% arrive within 24 hours but DELAYS ARE OCCURING due to COVID19).
Free shipping on orders of £40 or more
Our brownies are baked fresh to order, so please allow a 1-5 full business days (excludes Sat/Sun and bank holidays) for us to bake and package your brownies.
Once dispatched our brownies are shipped by Royal Mail.
The majority of orders are delivered the day after posting, and very occasionally delivery can take 2 days, or longer. Please note that during the coronavirus outbreak some areas are experiencing delays in their postal service. Even if the rest of your post is getting through- there might be staff shortages at a delivery office between us and you that can snag the system.
If your order is delayed in delivery after dispatch please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it right for you.
You will be sent an email when your brownies are dispatched, along with a tracking code. Occasionally your email might not get through, or be stuck in your junk mail. If you contact us we will be happy to help you locate your order.
Your tracking code can be used on the Royal Mail website to check the status of your delivery. The code will let you know if Royal Mail have tried to delivery your order yet- and will also let you know once it has been delivered.
Please try to ensure that you will be available to receive your brownies in the week or so after you order them. If you are planning to be away then do drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to arrange delivery!
