FAQs

How quickly will my order ship?

It takes 1-5 full business days (to allow time for baking and packing) for us to prepare your order for shipping. Please note this DOES NOT include Saturdays and Sundays and bank holidays, because we are a small family business and we like to take the weekends off when we can to get facetime with our kids!

Once my order has shipped how long will it take to arrive?

Once your order ships it will usually arrive within 1-2 days (Mon-Sat, excludes Sundays). Please get in touch if there is a delay in your order arriving after dispatch and we will look into it for you.

I need my order to arrive by a certain date- what should I do?

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date eg: because you will be working away or to arrive as a gift for a special occasion then please get in touch with us at the time of ordering (hello@deliciouslyguiltfree.com) and we will be more than happy to work out with you the best date for us to dispatch your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Our UK shipping costs a flat rate of £4.50 per order (Royal Mail 24 hour tracked post). 95% of these will arrive the following day, there are occasionally delays in some areas, and the vast majority will come after 1-3 days.  This will not usually affect the quality of your cakes but please get in touch if there are any issues or they go missing for longer than 3 days.

Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping.

Which carriers do you use to ship in the UK?

We use Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked Post within the UK, which aims to deliver the next day and occasionally orders arrive 1-2 days after that.

Which areas in the UK do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping throughout the UK using the Post Office as our carrier. The areas covered include the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

Are you able to to ship to Jersey and Guernsey (the Channel Islands)?

Yes we can- but small additional shipping charges may be required which we can quickly provide a quote for. Please get in touch with us directly by email on hello@deliciouslyguiltfree.com so we can arrange delivery to these areas.

How should I store my brownies?

We recommend placing your treats in the fridge when they arrive. We don't use preservatives so this helps them keep fresh. They will keep for 7 days in the fridge. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months. All storage instructions are also printed on the label.

Do your cakes, cookies and chocolate contain the sweetener Maltitol?

No, all our products are proudly Maltitol free. We aim as far as possible to only use sweeteners that have a minimal impact on blood sugar.

Where are your treats made?

Our keto treats are handmade in our professional kitchen in the village of Oakington, just outside Cambridge, UK.

Are your products halal/suitable for muslims?

All of our products are alcohol free. All our cakes are suitable for vegetarians, and do not contain any animal derived or pork gelatine.

Which allergens do you brownies contain?

Each product page lists ingredients and allergens are listed in bold. We have listed allergens as "may contain" when the ingredients we use list "may contain" allergens. For example- our chocolate orange brownie doesn't have milk as an ingredient, but the Lindt chocolate is listed as "may contain milk", so we have included this information in the list of allergens. We take care to minimise cross contamination in our kitchen. Our products are made by hand by us- so if you have any questions about allergies please feel free to contact us.

We appreciate that sometimes selecting products can be difficult for those with multiple allergies- please contact us on hello@deliciouslyguiltfree.com and we would be more than happy to assist you.

How to calculate Deliciously Guilt Free impact carbs?

On Deliciously Guilt Free labels, we label polyols separately. Usually in the UK you can take the carb count as the impact carb count but when a product has a certain threshold % of polyols, polyols must be listed separately!
