Preparing for Christmas shouldn't be a hardship on keto. You know that feeling when everyone else seems to have fun opening their advent calendars each morning. Yeah you could cheat and have a chocolate BUT that would undo all that amazing work you're done.
Well now you can as Keto Advent is here! Two advent calendars which are perfect to countdown to the special day

from 7739 reviewsAbsolutely delicious. I'm unable to tell the difference between this and the best sugar heavy brands (such as Cadbury)

Loved this product. Great taste, good quality and doesnt put my blood sugar up( diabetic). Would definitely buy it again.

Excellent chocolate. No bloating after eating particularly love the orange flavour. Definitely buy again. Superb!

Incredibly delicious and must say that DGF chocolate has been a game changer for me. It's not only okay for me to have with type 2 diabetes but actually tastes divine - even if I could I wouldn't touch another bar of Cadbury's as long as I live - they can keep their palm oils!

One of my faves, just simply Delicious

What can I say about the sheer Indulgence without the guilt pangs! Wow is one word! The Dubia bar is something I never believed i would ever be able to convince my insulin pump was a friend of my blood glucose, wrong! It foes not spike my blood, it tastes as luxurious as it sounds and you can just feel the quality on your taste buds. Big Diabetic yes from me.

Such a nice treat. The chocolate from here is so nice. Literally better than anything off the shelf and a game changer for diabetics.

We are so impressed with the keto chocolate! It’s absolutely delicious it’s creamy and melts in the mouth! We will definitely be buying again!

I order one almost every week because I love it so much, a fantastic rendition of the classic Dubai bar - my favourite chocolate bar.

Lovely taste without the sugar. Love every single bite.

Very good chocolate excellent taste better than dark chocolate on the high and no added sugar just placed another order

Where you you can experience the creativity and the quality. Thanks dan

It’s delicious! Love it, I will be ordering more soon
Have to restrict myself from eating it in one go!

I have definitely landed on my favourite keto chocolate source ! It is creamy and satisfying and I am about to re-stock !

I have gestational diabetes so my options are quite limited when it comes to sweet treats. My blood sugars are well managed at the moment but I do get cravings for chocolate from time to time. I generally do not like overly sweet things so when I came across DGF on Instagram the pictures looked appealing and I decided to give them a try.
I ordered the Creamy Chocolate and the Dubai Bar. What I enjoyed straight away was that they are not too sweet. They do not taste like standard chocolate but more like cocoa which is quite powerful but an acquired taste that I really enjoyed. Since switching to a low sugar diet my taste buds have adjusted and normal chocolate now feels far too sweet and even a bit sickly so for me these were perfect.
The Dubai Bar was particularly delicious. I love pistachios and the combination of cocoa and pistachio was just right. In the evening I enjoyed a few pieces with a cup of peppermint tea and when I checked my blood sugars an hour later there was no spike at all.
The only downside was the following morning when my fasting sugar was slightly higher than usual at 5.8 mmol instead of the target 5.2 mmol or less even though I had not eaten a large amount. I think my body just did not tolerate it well overnight so next time I will limit myself to two or three cubes.
Another point is the delivery. It took a full week to arrive which felt too long especially given that postage costs almost five pounds. Living in central London I am used to next day deliveries so this was disappointing.
Overall I will definitely buy again but just in smaller portions. It is a satisfying treat that fits well with a lower sugar lifestyle and is a great alternative for anyone who finds regular chocolate too sweet.
