We use only raw Criollo Cocoa, the king of Cocoa. Not only is this the best taste but it’s also raw meaning it hasn’t lost any essential minerals and nutrients.

So if you melt it and want to cool back then this is the temperature to make it have that perfect snap.

Yes, absolutely! I made my bars into rectangles so that you can break off exactly as much as you like and know how much sugar, fat and carbs are in each piece. You decide how much you eat but you know how much you have eaten to manage your health diet and/or blood sugar levels
My partner bought some as she wanted a healthier chocolate. It's worth stating that all taste is personal and this product may suit you very well - the many positive reviews suggest it has fans. However, from my perspective it isn't chocolate. It does taste of cocoa, but beyond that, the texture is not smooth, and the whole taste profile is wrong. Wrong for milk chocolate and for plain chocolate. And the aftertaste is so bad I regretted trying it. It really lingers. It strongly tastes of the replacement for sugar it contains.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but as I've already said, it is just my personal opinion.

I am type 2, so was delighted to find out about this wonderful low carb chocolate, which I save for special treats, probably once a week. It really helps when I have a craving for a little bit of chocolate 😋. In 2 years I have halved my numbers, so well into remission - having this lovely chocolate as a treat has helped hugely.
I am on my 6th bar now. Such a treat without worrying about the sugar. I am a chocolate snob, usually only eating Chocolate from a well know Hotel.

Great chocolate. I bought the milk chocolate and the salted caramel and the mild chocolate orange. All delicious. I tried melting down the mild chocolate and dipping strawberries in it then chilling in fridge. A truly lovely snack. I am on keto diet after high blood sugar levels. In 9 weeks I have reduced my levels by 10 points and eating really well with chocolate and cakes when i want them. My partner who is not keto and was dubious about trying the chocolate but now loves it, sadly! and I need to order more. I highly recommend these products. The ginger cake, lemon blueberry drizzle and the coffee and walnut cake are also good and just give you what was missing. Sweet!
