DGF began when my wife developed pregnancy diabetes. I couldn’t find chocolate without the sugar spike, so I started making it myself.

We use ground, lightly roasted, 100% Arabica espresso coffee beans. Give them an extra fine grind and then build up into a milk chocolate with the other ingredients. This process brings out the fresh aroma from the coffee and mixed with the sweet caramel notes for milk chocolate makes this a spectacular chocolate bar.

J.L. The most perfect espresso bar ever, not too bitter, not overly sweet. Perfect keto friendly treat for an afternoon pick-me-up. Trying to stay away from other non keto treats at Christmas and this really helps.

Jackie Portman I bought this thinking it would be a sensible, grown-up treat. What I didn’t expect was to lose all self-control and suddenly be holding an empty wrapper wondering where the last five minutes went. The espresso gives a proper coffee kick, the milk chocolate is dangerously smooth, and together they’ve completely ruined my ability to practise moderation. Basically: it’s coffee, it’s chocolate, and it’s far too good for its own good. Would 100% buy again (and pretend I’ll “just have a square”).
