These are carbs that will have an impact on your blood sugar levels. We use polyols (a type of sweetener) that isn't absorbed by the body, and so we minus this from the total carb count. The carbs remaining between the two are the impact carbs.

Rach Personally not for me but gifted on to a friend who liked it. For me it does not taste like chocolate and normally i have 70% dark at least…. So inwas surprised.
Great concept but make your first order small and if you like it buy more… i went in big and so spent a lot and couldnt finish 1 of them.
As my chum liked it but wouldn’t buy it herself, i’ve given 3stars but for me, it is 1 star.

Kim This Dark 70% bar is not just Keto approved but also as an insulin pump wesring diabetic, my blood glucose also approves! This chocolate is smooth and indulgent without the bitter artificial aftertaste wich so many other brands of chocolate bars lesve in the mouth.
My taste buds swooned on the first piece and my brain did a happy dance. Being diabetic we have to either give up a lot pr compromise, i fo neither with DGF chocolate. You can taste the quality without the spikes in blood sugars.
I love them so much, I have subscribed to the chocolate club.
Fads come and go, quality lasts.
