Sensible chocolate

Your chocolate may not tast like sugared confectionery but if you need to make the change because of health reasons then this is a sensible switch, it has a taste that is different but nice not only nice but healthier for anyone making the switch.

You've made a really good point. Our chocolate is different, and I never try to pretend otherwise. When you've spent years eating very sweet chocolate, it can take a little time for your taste buds to adjust.

What I've always wanted to create is proper low carb, no added sugar chocolate that people genuinely enjoy eating once they've made that switch.

Our chocolate is different, and I never try to pretend otherwise. When you take away the sugar and use proper cocoa butter, it creates a very different chocolate experience.
