Perfect with a cuppa

I thought these might be a bit bland but no, they do have a lovely ginger kick.
As with all the DGF cookies I prefer them straight from the freezer to give them an extra snap.

I did enjoy these cookies but I’m afraid as a lover of strong ginger flavours they didn’t quite hit the mark for me, my daughter and my friend loved them but for me just not enough of a ginger hit.

I highly recommend these cookies as the texture is perfect and they are spiced with ginger just right. DGF really do spice well.
