I'm giving away one of our biggest secrets!

I originally started with a simple coconut-based brownie recipe (see the Orange Brownie recipe for comparison). Over time, I developed and refined it into this version.

This became our famous Keto Brownie recipe. We literally sold thousands of them, and it went on to become the foundation for several of our most popular brownie flavours.

If you've ever wondered how we created a rich, fudgy brownie without the sugar, this is where it all started.

INGREDIENTS: Free Range Egg, Ground Almonds (Nuts), Butter (milk, Salt), Sweetener: Erythritol, Chocolate (total chocolate per recipe 11%) (cocoa Mass 96%, Cocoa Butter), Soluble Fibre: Inulin, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Essence (mono-propylene Glycol, Water, Natural Flavouring, Colour: Caramel E150a), Raising Agent (Sodium Dihydrogen Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Sulphate), Salt.
