Now I'm not normally a fan of lemon but this is spectacular! We use actual lemon oil in our baking meaning these have a light but zingy tang to them. The white chocolate is made by us from scratch too and adds a sweetness so that these are perfectly balanced! All delicious and completely keto with only 2.3g impact carbs.

    Lemon surprise

    The biscuits I received were different to the ones pictured on the website. I received little round sandwiches No white chocolate on top but the filling was so lemony it gave me a little buzz. So although they weren’t what I was expecting, they were a pleasant surprise. 😜
