That's a fair comment about delivery, Warren. We've all become rather used to clicking a button and Amazon appearing at the door the next day! 😄

We're a little different because we actually make every bar by hand, so there's naturally more time involved.

We've also had a rather wonderful problem recently... our orders have more than doubled in the last three months and we've been working incredibly hard to keep up. The good news is we're recruiting and doubling the size of our team, so we're already working on getting those delivery times down.

I'm sorry the chocolate itself wasn't quite what you'd hoped for. Taste is incredibly personal, and I'd never expect our chocolate to be for everyone.

I've always thought that when you buy chocolate, you should actually be able to taste the cocoa. That's why we use proper cocoa butter, no palm oil and keep the added sugar out of the equation.

I'm really pleased you enjoyed the Orange too. Getting that balance right so the orange complements the chocolate rather than completely overpowering it is something we've worked hard on.

And knowing you're coming back for another order is a wonderful compliment.
