This is very limited as I'm sure you can appreciate that it's made by hand from incredibly expensive ingredients.
I have worked hard with my family from Dubai to make this as true to the orriginal sugary version as possible.
Firstly this is a much larger bar than our usual range. In fact it's over twice the size making the chunky chocolate thicker and the filling way deeper!
Secondly I have cracked the filling making it both nutty as well as crunchy. I use a pea protein that has the same crunch and taste as rice krispies (without the carbs and sugar!)
Finally I have struggled to keep the price of this bar down because there is a world wide shortage of pistachios and of course cocoa is at an all time high.
However I think this is a fair price for what is quite simply the best chocolate bar I have ever made.

What are Net Carbs?
These are carbs that will have an impact on your blood sugar levels. We use polyols (a type of sweetener) that isn't absorbed by the body, and so we minus this from the total carb count. The carbs remaining between the two are the net carbs.

Kim P. What can I say about the sheer Indulgence without the guilt pangs! Wow is one word! The Dubia bar is something I never believed i would ever be able to convince my insulin pump was a friend of my blood glucose, wrong!
