You’ve cut the carbs, manage your blood sugar levels but just fancy a bit of Raspberry Bakewell. Well now you can. Packed with gorgeous almond and raspberry flavours, a gooey centre and a crunchy top and a fraction of the carbs and no added sugar at all.

Made for my pregnant wife when she had pregnancy diabetes, these cakes are made to match the low carb, keto diet. We use a polyol sweetener called Erythritol that tastes amazing but doesn’t cause insulin spikes. These cakes are only 1.5g net carbs per piece (square) of cake.

    Amazing, delicious but hard to resist. Bought so I could eat cake too at my daughters birthday. I looked forward each day to my coffee and cake for elevenses, but had to share the last of them as were away with no freezer.

    The cakes were very moist and greasy with a strong taste of artificial sweetener. Unfortunately not pleasant. I also bought the blueberry lemon drizzle and it was totally over sweet, which sent my throat into spasms.
