Shipping policy
We make everything by hand and this means UK and international orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 full business days (to allow time for tempering and packing).
Occasionally, at times of high order volumes it may take up to 7 business days to process and dispatch your order BUT we will inform you if this happens.
Once your order is shipped it usually arrives within 48 hours by Royal Mail Tracked post

How much does shipping cost?
Our UK shipping costs a flat rate of £4.99 per order. (Royal Mail tracked post)
