Made for my pregnant wife when she had pregnancy diabetes, these cakes are made to match the low carb, keto diet. We use a polyol sweetener called Erythritol that tastes amazing but doesn’t cause insulin spikes. These cakes are only 1.5g net carbs per piece (square) of cake.

You may want to buy in bulk or spread out how fast you eat these Bakewells. No problem at all, these cakes are made to freeze and store for up to 2 months. Just warm or leave out to defrost and eat when you want.
