Welcome to our new 'Not' Carrot Cake. We are all big fans of Carrot Cake and miss it while on Keto but we know that root vegetables are too carb heavy. So we have developed the Pumpkin carrot cake and packed it with Cinnamon and topped it in sugar free toffee and roasted pecans. A real taste of Autumn flavours and spiced notes.
Dan- Personally I love this warmed and then add whipped cream. It is sooooooooo good :-)
PLEASE NOTE- this is not carrot cake. Its made with pumpkin but it tastes similar to carrot cake.
