Game changers
With a recent Type 2 diagnosis I thought chocolate would be a thing of the past. I ordered a few bars thinking they wouldn’t taste that good or that the claims were too good to be true. I’m pleased to say I was wrong on both counts, they don’t spike my sugar levels and they taste amazing.
