Great question and one we get asked often. Thank you for signing up to Deliciously Guilty Free’s newsletter. Subscribing to our amazing daily email does not mean you have a subscription for repeat purchases. By setting up a repeat order subscription you will save 10% every order.
If you already have a subscription set up, you can edit, pause, cancel or change your subscription via your account login. To access just "Login" to your account by signing in at the top of the page.
Then click "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your portal where you can add items.

To set up your subscription just head to a product page
1. Choose which products you want to subscribe to
2. Set the frequency of deliveries via the drop-down
3. Click Checkout
After following the checkout instructions you will then be provided your very own Deliciously Guilt Free login account where you can edit, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. You’re in control. However if you ever find this an issue then feel free to email us on email@example.com and we can help you manage your account
Your subscription order is like any order on our site. We will get it out to you within 3 to 5 working days (although we are most often much faster than this estimate. Your subsequent orders will be sent out on the date/frequency selected.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, there is also no minimum amount of subscription deliveries you must place before you can cancel (just remember that you will not get your 10% discount if you do cancel).
Just please ensure that you cancel at least the day before a repeat order has been placed as once the order has been placed we cannot cancel and we would require you to post the items back to us to receive a refund.
We also send reminder emails that a repeat delivery is coming up - so there are no surprises.
Yes, you can, we put you in control! So you can easily edit, pause, cancel, add items, or change the frequency of your items all on your own unique portal. You will receive a link to your portal once your subscription has been set up via the subscription builder above.

If you are in the UK then we have free delivery for all deliveries over £35.
Be sure that each delivery is over £35 for free delivery to the UK For example, if you had an item that was £11.99 delivered every 4 weeks and a separate item at £6.99 delivered on a different date - you would not reach the £35 threshold per delivery and would be charged delivery on both items. By combining items on the same delivery schedule/date you can save on postage as long as the combined value of the items is over £35 and you are delivering to a UK address.
You sure do! Just like all our products, you earn either 6, 8 or 10 Brownie Points for every £1 spent depending on which Brownie Bank membership you have
Yes, you can! On the subscription builder above, we have tried to keep things simple (we love simplicity). So you set one delivery date of 1, 2, 4 or 6 weeks. However, we also understand that some of you prefer to bulk buy items or set different times for different items. Once you receive your portal login, you can edit the frequency of each item individually.
Just remember that to get free U.K. delivery each delivery must be over the £35 threshold (see more information in the "Free Delivery" question above).
