We use ground, lightly roasted, 100% Arabica espresso coffee beans. Give them an extra fine grind and then build up into a milk chocolate with the other ingredients. This process brings out the fresh aroma from the coffee and mixed with the sweet caramel notes for milk chocolate makes this a spectacular chocolate bar. 

Each of the 24 pieces is roughly 0.4g, 10.4g impact carbs per bar, and only 22 calories.
