This is very limited as I'm sure you can appreciate that it's made by hand from incredibly expensive ingredients.
I have worked hard with my family from Dubai to make this as true to the orriginal sugary version as possible.
Firstly this is a much larger bar than our usual range. In fact it's over twice the size making the chunky chocolate thicker and the filling way deeper!
Secondly I have cracked the filling making it both nutty as well as crunchy. I use a pea protein that has the same crunch and taste as rice krispies (without the carbs and sugar!)
Finally I have struggled to keep the price of this bar down because there is a world wide shortage of pistachios and of course cocoa is at an all time high.
However I think this is a fair price for what is quite simply the best chocolate bar I have ever made.

Anita vallance I am disappointed the recipe has changed to include pea protein as it’s a modified starch and it made my throat and mouth very sore for a week when I ate the crunchy caramel, was so bad I couldn’t eat the original recipe Dubai bar til a week later when I healed. Modified starch is am awful ingredient and many don’t realise how bad it is. I will only order smooth chocolate now and check ingredients beforehand, very disappointed as I was going to order another Dubai bar but now avoiding.
