I have had several orders from DGF now and am thrilled to say the chocolate and cakes are a life saver. As someone who has struggled to control glucose levels for decades it is amazing to find a treat that satisfies cravings for sweet but with negligible effect on glucose spikes. I was amazed at how chocolatey this chocolate tasted. I have had type 1 diabetes for 36 years and the ‘diabetic’ stuff on offer is usually (and in my opinion) awful. I’m now also on a mission to loose weight and the one thing that has always held me back (both in controlling my diabetes and my weight) is my sweet tooth and now I have found the holy grail.!

I never believed it wouldn’t shoot my sugars up (I’m a see it to believe it kind of gal) but it didn’t and it really did satisfy my sweet tooth. I can’t wait to try the other flavours.

I am a convert to the Deliciously Guilt Free Keto 70% dark chocolate. It is unashamedly smooth, ever so slightly bitter sweet dark chocolate. How is it so good with no sugar. It is all hand made and worth every penny. It is indulgent, rich and smells amazing. Just eating two squares of the chocolate is completely satisfying. This has to be my ‘go to’ dark chocolate bar. I love it and I hope you will too.
