What are impact carbs?

These are carbs that will have an impact on your blood sugar levels. We use polyols (a type of sweetener) that isn't absorbed by the body, and so we minus this from the total carb count. The carbs remaining between the two are the impact carbs.

This product contains none of the 14 main allergens however it is made in a bakery that may contain then.

Note the bakery that makes these is totally gluten free.

They are gluten free, refined sugar free, low carb, keto, diabetic and coeliac friendly.

We work hard to avoid cross contamination but we can not guarantee this.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: These have been made to be frozen and then used when needed. If you do take out of the freezer then refrigerate them and use within a few days.

If refrigerated on arrival then don't eat post Best Before Date.

Can be frozen for up to 2 months.

Rolls

Very nice rolls, a good alternative to flour based ones. However the price is excessive to be a regular purchase.

Mind blowing!

Received my first order half an hour ago, wraps and bread rolls. Thought ‘I’ll just have a wee nibble of this wrap to see what it’s like’, OMG was not expecting the taste, texture or softness! Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to try the rest!

Great when you toast them

Haven't tried them cold, did as the other reviews suggested and toasted them slightly in a non-stick frying pan without oil. Had them with a fake-away doner kebab and they really hit the spot.
