It's bursting with raspberry cham (we make a jam from raspberries, sweetener and chia seeds but as it's so low in sugar we can't call it jam!) and rich almond notes. The top is encrusted with roasted almonds making the texture deeply satisfying and delicious. 

Blueberry and Lemon Drizzle cake is refreshing and zingy as it's made from lemon oil and fresh lemon juice and packed with blueberry cham.
