We have updated our keto bread rolls because...yeah you know, they sometimes had green stains inside from the ingredients. So in a bid to eradicate this problem we developed a new recipe with hemp seeds. Green gone plus the

We have keto bread. At only 1.7g of carbs (no impact or net carbs, just total carbs = 1.7g).

6 rolls in a bag which are perfect for lunches, breakfasts, for covering in butter and dipping in soup...whatever you have missed using bread for, it's up to you :-)

Water, Yogurt (Milk), Bamboo Fibre, Golden Linseed, Hemp Hearts, Chia Seeds, Psyllium Husks, Pumpkin Seeds, Bicarbonate Of Soda, Egg, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Yeast, Calcium Propionate.

Produced in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, soy, sesame.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Refrigerate on arrival. Store in fridge for 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: These have been made to be frozen and then used when needed. If you do take out of the freezer then refrigerate them and use within a few days.

The best bread rolls I could try so far

It really tastes like real bread... I love it

I live the keto bread rolls and coconut tortillas, I feel great when I consume these and am satisfied. I am feeling anxious when I eat them all as I have to wait a while until the next batch is posted.
