We have keto bread. At only 0.6g of carbs (no impact or net carbs, just total carbs = 0.6g) this is the lowest carb bread we could bring you.

Yogurt (Milk), Water, Linseeds, Bamboo Fibre, Sunflower Seeds, Psyllium Husks, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Egg, Bicarbonate Of Soda, Willy's Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Yeast Vitamin C.

ALLERGENS: See ingredients in bold.  

Produced in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, soy, sesame.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Refrigerate on arrival. Store in fridge for 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: These have been made to be frozen and then used when needed. If you do take out of the freezer then refrigerate them and use within a few days.

If refrigerated on arrival then don't eat post Best Before Date.

Game changing

I have tried keto diets before but been unable to keep them up as I really struggled without bread and chocolate, however, the rolls, brownies and chocolate I bought have been game changing and I no longer have to worry about missing out on the foods that I love. The taste and textures (which can be very questionable with ‘diet’ foods) is exactly the same as the more carb filled ‘normal’ counterparts. I’m so pleased I found DGF.

I am coeliac so I can’t eat gluten (mainly wheat & barley) so it’s great to have a soft, squidgy, tasty roll that does not have added wheat gluten to make it work. So nice to have a roll to eat, been great for picnic lunch on a few recent day trips. Tastes equally good defrosted at room temp or in the microwave. Don’t be put off by the bright green colour from the seeds when you cut them open! Would love a version without the whole seeds inside maybe, or as a loaf please, although the roll was really good toasted with butter & marmite. My fave purchase so far and have already ordered more.
